In a bid to end their long-awaited title drought, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced their 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. Led by the experienced Rohit Sharma, the team will be looking to put up a strong challenge in the tournament, which is scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman from October 17 onwards.

The squad has been selected after a series of discussions and deliberations by the BCCI's selection committee, led by Chetan Sharma. The committee has made several notable inclusions, including the exciting young batsman Shubman Gill and the uncapped all-rounder Rinku Singh.
